Marine Technician
We are looking for a full-time Marine Technician, who has experience providing marine electronics and electrical maintenance and repair. Successful candidate should have the desire to work in a commercial boat repair/storage environment.
LC8 Marine offers a full training program for the right candidate. A great opportunity to learn and grow with one of the best service centers in New England.
Skills required:
– General marine technical knowledge
– Outboard engine experience
– Marine electrical and electronics experience
– Able to handle pick up size truck/trailer with boats up to 30’
– Boat handling skills a plus, but not necessary
– Ability to work independently on the road

Marine Service Shop Foreman
We are looking for a full-time Marine Service Foreman with technical expertise to help manage our marine service shop and technicians. Comp based on experience.
Skills required:
– Must have 5 years’ experience as a marine service shop manage
– Ability to manage multiple technicians
– Outboard engine experience
– Inboard diesel experience
– Marine electrical and electronics experience
– Transportation and logistics management
– Able to handle truck and trailer with towable boats up to 40’
– Class A CDL license a bonus
– Boat handling ability

Boatyard laborer
We are looking for a full-time boat yard laborer to help our busy boat yard, including boat detailing, bottom painting etc.

Duties:
– Boat detailing
– Bottom Painting
– General shop/yard helper
– Light mechanical work if required
